ST-Poly Molded Trays and Containers.

Not only is ST-Poly widely used for vacuum formed trays, but is is also ideal for end users looking for a lower cost, cleaner, molded ESD tray alternative to the current solutions of loading the plastic with carbon or stainless steel fibers. ST-Poly molded trays such as the HGA tray and solder ball holders below, can be molded in low cost, low filler plastics such as polycarbonate. These are then "plated" in our ST-Poly conductive polymer, giving you a low cost, static-dissipative, rewashable, solvent-resistant tray.
We can also take molded trays of any size or shape and plate them with ST-Poly for you.
In fact, we can take almost any plastic component and coat it with ST-Poly, like the Shipping Comb shown on the right.
Furthermore the plating of molded components is an excellent cost-saving way to avoid using contaminating expensive fillers such as carbon and stainless steel.

ST-Poly Molded Trays and Containers.

ST-Poly APET is a static dissipative (10^5) thermoformable sheet made by our partner Achilles in Japan.
ST-Poly provides various Industries affected by ESD problems with a clean, low-cost, re-washable, transparent ESD packaging solution. ST-Poly contains no carbon, no metal, and no corrosive agents. It is very clean and can be used in the toughest cleanrooms AND be rewashed in either ultrasonic DI or IPA without any degradation or contamination.
ST-Poly APET trays are the low cost, clean and transparent recyclable alternatives to expensive, contaminating, non-transparent vacuum formed trays. Never has a truly static dissipative material been transparent to the point of barcode scannability until ST-Poly.
