ST-Poly APET is a static dissipative (10^5
)
thermoformable sheet made by our partner Achilles in
Japan.
ST-Poly provides various Industries affected by ESD problems with a clean, low-cost, re-washable, transparent ESD packaging solution. ST-Poly contains no carbon, no metal, and no corrosive agents. It is very clean and can be used in the toughest cleanrooms AND be rewashed in either ultrasonic DI or IPA without any degradation or contamination.
ST-Poly APET trays are the low cost, clean and transparent recyclable alternatives to expensive, contaminating, non-transparent vacuum formed trays. Never has a truly static dissipative material been transparent to the point of barcode scannability until ST-Poly.
Features:
Washable
Not
affected by humidity
Low degredation over time
Excellent
recyclability
Transparent
Extremely clean
(low outgassing, low
particles, low ionic contamination)
