Class 1k washing, 100% VMI, Ramp inspection & Vacuum Packing process
are carried out in CENT Engineering's class 1k clean room.
The assembly, gatecut and inspection processes are carried out in the gray
room.
This room is
fitted with Ozone air filters, humidity sensors, and dampers to guarantee our
"load/unload ramp" customers the best possible molding conditions. It is
controlled to Class 100k level.

1F: 2000 sqm
2F:400 sqm
TOTAL: 2400 sqm
This large area means that CENT Engineering can produce high volumes of
high quality, clean precision molded components.
