Day-to-day administration and CAD based engineering takes place in the
engineering & adminstration offices.

DKC consists of: 2 molding rooms,
1 molding & tooling room,
3 clean roooms (classes 10k, 1k & 100) and 1 gray room,
1 measurement and inspection room,
engineering & administration offices
Items are inspected at both the naked-eye level and microscopic level (using
statistical process control methods) to ensure the highest possible quality
and precision.
The assembly & gatecut processes are carried out in the gray room.
DKC has 3 clean rooms of class 10k, 1k and 100, to ensure no contaminants
are present in our products.
CENT Japan (DKC)'s factory floor space is approximately 600sqm.
CENT Japan (DKC) is primarily a research and development facility, with
some production capability. Mass production is carried out at CENT Engineering
(Thailand).
